For over 25 years the goal of Heuberg Pugs has been to develop and maintain the most correct Pug as described in the AKC Standard for the breed. Always striving for the top has led us to have a well thought out and executed breeding program, incorporating not only top Stud Dogs, but also top Bitches. We do not breed for quantity, but rather for quality. Our puppies and adults are placed with the greatest care. All transactions are completed with a written contract.
Constantly testing our breeding program in the show ring, competing from Florida to Canada and from Texas to Massachusetts, our dogs are always handled by members of the Heuberg group.

AVAILABILITY of HEUBERG PUGS
BREEDING
Heuberg Pug Stud Dogs are available for breeding to approved bitches. All breedings are conducted under a contract that is provided and signed prior to the breeding. Contact Heuberg Pugs for availability of stud dogs and for a copy of the breeding contract.
PUPPIES
Our main goal in breeding is to improve our line of Heuberg Pugs, not to provide puppies for sale. There are, however, a limited number of Pug puppies available for placement as pet quality. All puppies are sold on a contract and never placed prior to 12 weeks of age. Pet quality puppies are sold on a spay/neuter contract. A limited number of show potential puppies are made available to serious show homes and are also sold on a contract.
OLDER DOGS
At times, adult dogs are available for placement. These dogs have finished their show careers, or did not meet the show standards set by Heuberg Pugs and are placed as pets with selected families.
